Celina has 50 years of lived experience with anxiety and depression. Her mission is to help other high functioning people who struggle with mental wellness by sharing heartfelt stories of her experiences navigating life and the challenges that reveal themselves when living with an invisible disease.
Celina speaks truthfully of her struggles while also highlighting the resulting character, resilience and hope that forms when growing up (and older) with mental illness.
Celina is currently in the process of publishing her first book.

Celina has a master’s degree in Business Administration, a diploma in Computer Systems Technology and a Negotiation and Mediation Certificate (Levels 1 & 2). Her resume reads like a quilt of curiosity and adventure as she sought to weave interesting experiences into her work life. From fundraising to operations management, a post-secondary Teacher and Training Developer Specialist, including part-time work as a race track photo-finisher, operating Sudbury's first Art Battle and a wedding officiant, Celina has always looked for opportunities to engage in the community and contribute to society and incredible organizations. Celina is married to Steve and is the mother of three grown adult humans and one cockapoo.
